Refund & Cancellation Policy
Web Design & Development
Payments for custom design & development projects are made to us in increments as a courtesy to the client. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by Market3 and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.
Search Engine Optimization, Internet Marketing, and Social Media Optimization
Payments for Search Engine Optimization, Internet Marketing, and Social Media Optimization services are non-refundable, and Market3 does not issue pro rata refunds for fees paid in advance. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. All Setup fees are non-refundable as it is applied to costs immediately incurred by Market3 in initiating services. If a project is canceled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by Market3 and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.
If we receive a charge-back or payment dispute (i.e. PayPal Dispute) from a credit card company or bank, your service and/or project will be suspended without notice. A $50 charge-back fee plus any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the charge-back(s) must be paid in full before service is restored, files delivered, or any further work is done. Instead of issuing a charge-back, please contact us to address any billing issues. Requesting a charge-back or opening a PayPal dispute for a valid charge from us is fraud, and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund. Please read and make sure you fully understand our refund policy prior to making a payment.
Charge-backs for Domain Registrations.
In the event of a charge-back or payment dispute (i.e. PayPal Dispute) to Market3 by the credit card company (or similar action by another payment provider used by us) for the credit card used in connection with the payment of the registration or other fee, you agree and acknowledge that the domain registration shall be transferred to Market3 , as the paying entity for that registration to the registry(ies) and that we reserve all rights regarding such domain including, without limitation, the right to make the domain available to other parties for purchase. Market3 also reserves the right to lock your account and the remainder of your domains or any additional services until we receive your payment of any administrative fees and/or charge-back fees. In Market3’s sole discretion, we may reinstate your domain registration, subject to the Market3’s receipt of the registration fee and any administrative and/or charge-back fees described above.
Payments for web hosting are non-refundable. Hosting accounts are set up at the time of order and are allotted a specific amount of server resources, according to the plan purchased. If client did not make use of the account, payment for services is still due. Hosting accounts are not canceled until notice is received from the client in writing or by support ticket sent to [email protected] Fees paid for annual hosting accounts are non-refundable. Non-payment for any hosting fees will result in an immediate suspension of services, including any web site, email and file sharing services.
Market3 reserves the right disable and/or terminate a user’s account if a user is found in violation of the our Acceptable Use Terms. Accounts terminated due to policy violations will not be refunded.
